Find a yoga teacher committed to your unique needs…
Onboarding process
1
Book a consult call.
Prior to your first yoga class, we will schedule a 30-minute consult call. This will allow us to get to know one another and set expectations for our work together.
2
Discuss your goals.
I keep a collaborative approach at the forefront with all my private yoga clients. During our onboarding consult, we will discuss your goals for your yoga practice, your relevant health concerns, and your personal class preferences.
This will allow us to co-create a unique mat or chair yoga program specifically tailored to your needs. Over the course of our work together, we will occasionally revisit this plan and make changes where necessary.
3
Get on your mat.
After your onboarding meeting, we will set the time and frequency for your yoga classes. Your class links, invoices, and onboarding paperwork will all be conveniently sent to your email address.
Prior to your first class, we will schedule a brief tech onboarding session to ensure that you can confidently and seamlessly access your yoga classes.
I understand that technology can be a challenge and am here to help you every step of the way.

To participate in my online yoga classes for seniors, you’ll need a few basic items.
First, you’ll need a device with stable internet access to join your classes, such as a personal computer or iPad.
Second, you will need a chair to help support a strong and safe yoga practice. This can be as simple as a foldable garage chair or dining room chair.
Finally, you may also wish to purchase a basic yoga mat to provide a more stable surface for your practice. However, this is optional.
My yoga classes are designed to be accessible with minimal equipment so that you can easily practice from the comfort of your own home.
