My goal as a yoga instructor is to make yoga accessible at every stage of life.

Too often, the group classes offered in yoga studios are not well suited for older adults. It is important for seniors to receive adequate modifications to make poses safe and attainable and to have their unique medical history and health status considered.

This is why I specialize in offering yoga classes for senior citizens. My yoga classes are custom-designed to accommodate your individual needs and help you meet your goals.
